Ascendtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized Isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Our non-profit organization focuses on building cosmic consciousness through experiential learning programs, healing sessions, workshops, and environmental initiatives, enabling participants to advocate effectively for humanity and the environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new interns and volunteers.

Updating recruitment and social media channels for ongoing recruitment efforts and job fairs.

Creating and revising SOPs to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer journey processes.

Educating prospective interns and volunteers about our programs and communicating our organizational goals to the public.

Additional Details:

Time commitment: 8-10 hours per week.
Must have availability to work within PST, MST, CST, and EST hours.
