Marina District Business Association Volunteer Crew
ASCENDtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Join the Marina District Business Association (MDBA) crew and help transform San Diego’s waterfront into a living ecosystem of culture, wellness, and community resilience. Volunteers support our farmers’ market activations, floating storytelling sessions, scavenger hunts, and youth skill‑building programs. Every shift helps us create a welcoming, educational, and joyful space for families and visitors.
