HELP OUT:
Distribute Clothing, Breakfast, & Hygiene Items
Serve as a personal shopper so 50-70 individuals can receive fresh clothing, toiletry and other needs or serve coffee/mocha and a breakfast sandwich. We will see where the assistance is needed at the time of arrival. Volunteers distribute hygiene items and clothing from TACO's clothing room to the unhoused and other community members in need (only volunteers are allowed in the clothing room).
Volunteers will walk back and forth from the clothing room to the table where clients are waiting to distribute the items (approximately 10 feet). At the end of the shift, volunteers help straighten up the clothing room. OR help distribute coffee/mocha/breakfast sandwiches. Team cleanup is always appreciated. This can also be an opportunity to clean out closets and bring any gently used shoes and clothing!
