Senior Partner Marketing Specialist — Remote - USA — Full time

At Lytx, we harness the power of video telematics and data analytics to transform fleet safety and operations. We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to accelerate the growth and success of our channel partner ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive partner enablement, field engagement, and demand generation. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our partners have the tools, messaging, and programs they need to successfully market and sell Lytx solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs to support the growth and activation of strategic channel partners
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
- Develop enablement materials, co-branded content, and communication assets to empower partners to effectively promote Lytx solutions
- Serve as the key marketing liaison to select partners, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution timelines
- Collaborate with product marketing on messaging and launch plans tailored for the partner ecosystem
- Drive partner participation in industry events, webinars, and joint go-to-market campaigns
- Track performance against KPIs and make recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
- Support incentive programs and tools to increase partner sales effectiveness and solution delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Enablement, and Operations to align on partner strategy and deliverables
- Identify new opportunities to scale partner marketing programs and drive innovation in the channel
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in partner or channel marketing
- Experience working with resellers, Carriers, or Fleet Management Companies is a strong plus
- Proven ability to develop scalable sales enablement tools and co-marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into partner-facing messaging
- Data-driven mindset; experienced in analyzing campaign results and optimizing for performance
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility and cross-functional teamwork are key

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is: $97,000.00 - $
