Overview

The Brand Experience & Activations Manager is responsible for designing and executing brand experiences that build awareness, strengthen community engagement, and drive customer loyalty. This role bridges marketing, partnerships, and operations to ensure every brand touchpoint—whether digital or in-person—embodies our values and delivers a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual calendar of brand events, activations, and experiential partnerships.
  • Lead the planning and execution of owned events (pop-ups, trade shows, wellness summits, influencer gatherings, etc.).
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for brand participation in third-party events that align with brand goals and audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and like-minded brands to co-create experiences and campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong network within the wellness, lifestyle, and culture spaces to identify upcoming opportunities.
Budget & Logistics Management
  • Own and manage the brand activations and events budget in partnership with the finance team.
  • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and logistics from concept through completion.
  • Ensure activations are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Develop KPIs for event and activation success (attendance, engagement, social reach, ROI, etc.).
  • Create post-event reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to align event visuals and messaging with overall brand direction.
  • Partner with retail, operations, and product teams to support launch events and in-store experiences.
  • Manage agency and freelancer relationships as needed.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, or event management (CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of planning and executing impactful brand activations and events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in project management tools and event software (Monday, Figma, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to travel for events and activations as needed.
