Rather than asking entry-level candidates to guess which title fits them best before they truly understand the role, we’ve created a single entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to begin a career in marketing and advertising with IMG.

This posting represents multiple entry-level roles across areas such as operations, traffic, public relations, account services, and social media. If selected to move forward, candidates will be evaluated holistically and matched to the role where they are best suited, most passionate, and have the strongest opportunity to succeed.

This is an entry point into IMG, not a single job title.

If your resume meets our baseline criteria, you may be invited to interview for an entry-level position. If an offer is extended, you will be placed into the role you express most passion in and that best aligns with your strengths, interests, and long-term growth potential.

Specific responsibilities vary by role, but entry-level team members at IMG generally support day-to-day execution within their department and work closely with experienced professionals to learn the business the right way.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily operations within your assigned department
• Assisting with coordination, scheduling, documentation, and execution
• Communicating clearly with team members and leadership
• Managing tasks, deadlines, and details accurately
• Learning IMG systems, standards, and workflows
• Contributing positively to team momentum and culture

• Entry-level candidates or early-career professionals
• Relevant internship, coursework, or professional experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction
• Interest in building a long-term career in marketing and advertising

• Salary range: $18.00 - $21.64
• Final compensation will be determined and outlined in a formal offer, should one be extended
