Part-Time | Temporary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Manager to support account leads in managing creative assets and internal workflows across digital and traditional media campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through launch while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Leads with internal planning processes, meetings, timelines, and approvals
  • Obtain and organize project specifications for internal creative teams and external agencies
  • Manage, prepare, and traffic creative assets across all platforms for final deployment and launch
  • Proof creative materials to ensure copy accuracy and compliance with specs
  • Track campaign progress and ensure all assets launch on time and as approved
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years experience in an advertising or media agency
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing creative assets across digital and traditional media channels
  • Ability to proof creative for accuracy, formatting, and specifications
  • Familiarity with project management or asset management tools is a plus
  • Work with a positive and collaborative attitude when prioritizing tasks and practices
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office platforms (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Slack,  or other project management tools is a plus
