Marketing Specialist/ Digital Marketing
The Marketing Specialist is a key contributor responsible for managing our social media strategy, execution, and performance—while also supporting the broader marketing team across demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, trade shows and events, content creation (especially video), and cross-functional initiatives with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to make a direct impact on brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn social media end-to-end
- Develop and manage the social media content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Create on-brand graphics, visuals, and short-form content (primarily in Canva)
- Publish posts across channels and manage scheduling and automation.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support community-building.
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Track and report on performance metrics to optimize future content.
Support core marketing channels as needed
- Assist with demand generation campaigns, including asset creation, audience targeting support, and campaign coordination.
- Help support customer lifecycle marketing programs such as nurture and retention campaigns, product announcements, and newsletters.
- Contribute to trade shows and event planning, logistics, promotions, booth materials, and onsite support.
- Support content creation, including blogs, presentations, sales one-pagers, and especially video content (brainstorming, scripting, coordination with our video lead).
- Provide cross-team support for Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales, helping develop materials, proof points, and enablement tools.
General marketing support
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, social, website, and events.
- Create marketing assets for the website, campaigns, and sales teams.
- Assist in analyzing social media campaign performance, traffic, and engagement data to shape future strategies.
- Own individual projects and deliverables from planning to execution.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience managing business social media channels (Linked In is a must; X, You Tube, and Instagram are a plus).
- Strong skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Proficiency with tools such as GSuite and Confluence.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM platforms such as Slack and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Hubspot marketing automation and analytics tools
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional marketing, campaigns, or events.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative, supportive team.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire hourly rates across all US locations.
