Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners to understand their needs and support their marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies with the indirect seller community aligned with overall business goals.
- Coordinate joint marketing activities and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging across all channels.
- Manage co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and promotional initiatives with select partners.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets tailored for channel partners (e.g., toolkits, email templates, landing pages).
- Execute partner product training programs alongside the sales team.
- Support partner onboarding and training with relevant marketing materials.
- Track marketing development fund use and ROI.
- Provide marketing support to the internal indirect sales team with presentation, sales materials, and strategy creation.
- Book in-person events and coordinate all aspects of the event from pre-show logistics to on-site support.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to identify opportunities and create go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, product marketing, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future channel marketing efforts.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Proven success in executing channel marketing programs.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Experience in 5G connectivity solutions.
- Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge in Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience using AI to improve efficiencies.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
