What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:

Brand Strategy & Architecture

• Define and maintain the Practice Tek enterprise brand narrative, positioning, and visual identity

• Build and govern the brand architecture across all product brands to ensure clarity, consistency, and market differentiation

• Develop and manage the employer/employee brand strategy to support talent acquisition, retention, and culture

Integrated Brand Execution

• Lead development of multi‑channel brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and internal channels

• Create core brand assets: messaging frameworks, playbooks, creative guidelines, and content templates

• Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, HR/People, and GTM leaders to ensure brand alignment across every touchpoint

PR & Communications

• Own corporate communications and media relations; develop proactive PR strategy tied to business goals

• Prepare leadership for media interactions; develop messaging, briefing docs, and narrative angles

• Manage response for reactive issues and reputation risks

Agency + Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate, and manage creative, PR, and brand agencies

• Set scopes, drive accountability, and ensure agency output meets brand and business expectations
