• Documentation Best Practices:
  Ensure compliance with documentation best practices, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
• Record data:
  Ability to record data manually on data collection forms and input data using a computer.
• Maintain records:
  Keep organized, accurate, and detailed records of tests performed.
• Laboratory Best Practices:
  Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Chemical Handling:
  Handle chemicals and cleaners following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses). Training provided on safe handling procedures and PPE usage.
• Protocol/Training Understanding:
  Understand and follow established protocols/trainings accurately.
• Observation and deviations:
  Recognize deviations from test methods/expected results.
• Communication:
  Communicate observations or anomalies promptly and clearly. Monitor test progress and keep requester informed.
• Collaboration and adaptability:
  Collaborate with team members and adapt to changes in protocols or procedures as needed.
• Escalation:
  Identify need for escalation to supervisor and test owner.
• Attention to detail:
  Exhibit strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Education:
  
  Requires a High School diploma. Effective verbal, written, listening, and reading skills in English.
