you’ll Get to Do (Responsibilities)
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Continuously checks on work in process and completed work.
- Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- Disassembles, modifies, reworks, reassembles, and tests experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or related field.
- J-STD-001 solder certification, or similar experience or certifications.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- SAP clearances/experience.
- Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems.
- IPC-A-620 Standard certification for cable and wire harness assemblies including crimped, soldered and mechanically secured connections.
- Experience with shop floor manufacturing systems (SAP, Solumina, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.
- Experience with CUI (controlled unclassified information) and COMSEC (communications security).
- Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 9001 rules and regulations.

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 – $72,300.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; the company considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
