Assembler Operator

Location:

San Diego, CA 92121 Duration: 1+ month contract (extendable)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Work is performed under close supervision following standardized procedures and quality guidelines.

• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components per written procedures
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow safety, GMP, QMS, and cleanroom guidelines
• Use electronic data collection systems and basic computer software
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills and electronic data entry experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision

• Cleanroom/production environment with strict gowning and safety requirements
• Non-shedding, clean clothing; no jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or fragrances
• Closed-toe shoes required; no loose or open clothing
