Overview
Title:
Chemistry Manufacturing Technician I
Duration: 7+ Months
Location:
San Diego, CA
- Manufacture formulated bulk reagents. This includes catalog products and custom products.
- Perform in process testing to ensure the quality of components and kits.
- Document, analyze, and review data.
- Assist in kit packaging and assembly.
- Assist planning raw materials, manage inventory, plan and schedule kit production.
- Work closely with Product Development to ensure proper transfer of new product from Product Development to Manufacturing.
- Assist in lyophilized standards production.
- Assist in pre-qualification of raw materials used in ELISA manufacturing.
- ELISA Assay testing
- Pipetting Skills
- Formulation of Large Scale Buffers and/or Reagents
- Following SOPs and Documentation under ISO Requirements
- BS/BA in Biology, Chemistry, or other life science related field OR 3+ years of equivalent experience (Hands-on ELISA Assay Experience)
