$26–$35/hr. (Depending on Experience) | Full-Time | San Diego, CA

From national banks to restaurants and retail, we build fast, custom, and proudly in-house — and we’re looking for someone ready to be a key part of our engineering team.

- Draft detailed fabrication/shop drawings.
- Program CNC router files (EnRoute).
- Build 3D assemblies in Solid Works that bring custom signage to life.
- Collaborate closely with design, fabrication, and install teams.
- Select materials & fastening methods to meet specs and code.
- Adjust drawings as needed from the field or permitting.
- 2+ years in signage, metal fabrication, or related detailing/engineering.
- Strong Solid Works skills (this will be central to your role).
- Skilled in CAD and CNC programming.
- Familiarity with Corel
DRAW, LED Wizard, Neon Wizard, and Flexi
SIGN is a plus. - Strong technical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- Eye for detail and a true team-first mindset.
Location:
San Diego, CA (On-site, Monday–Friday)
