Production Manager, Operations Manager
Manufacturing/Production Supervisor – Raytheon (RTX) – San Diego, CA.
We are a manufacturing depot providing sustainment support of legacy Raytheon magnetics products for Aegis and Patriot Radar systems. This front‑line supervisor role reports directly to the Operations Manager and supports production, business, and other processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Direct day‑to‑day planning গাড়ি, execution, and control of resources (people, material, processes, technology, equipment, etc.) required to produce or repair products or services.
- Ensure department performance aligns with business metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for fabrication and sustainment efforts in the assigned department; ensure all assets are properly managed through the process from receipt to shipping.
- Support and drive continuous improvements to operations, focusing on employee safety, morale, communication, and functional teaming.
- Facilitate teaming relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication between Operations and support teams.
- Guarantee that the needed resources, tools, and training are provided to Operations personnel.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a recruit of at least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Manufacturing or Production experience.
- Ability to lead and/or manage people, ideally in a test, manufacturing or electrical/mechanical repair depot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with a government contractor.

- Job salary range: USD 75,800 – ad 144,200.
