Production Control Manager (5227)

Location:

San Diego, CA. Full‑time, mid‑senior level.

Base pay range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package.

• Compile and record production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.
• Prepare production reports, maintain files of documents, compile detailed production sheets, and prepare written work schedules.
• Prepare material inventory records and requisitions for procurement, chart production metrics, and compute wages from employee time cards.

• High school diploma or associate degree in Business Management, Logistics, Materials & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management & Supervision, Logistics Management, or Quality Control Management.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in production management of items/units in an electronic servicing or electronic manufacturing environment.
• Experience scheduling and developing metrics for management.
• Experience interfacing with warehousing personnel, production technicians, and engineers to solve delays and impediments in meeting production goals.
