- Maintain bulk inventories and ensure the integrity of both paper and electronic records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in resolving material discrepancies.
- Provide materials for manufacturing and internal customers as per production plans.
- Assist in implementing new and existing department policies and procedures.
- Recommend improvements for departmental processes.
- Report hazardous conditions and contribute to workplace safety initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, shipping, or manufacturing.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma) is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics, manufacturing, and production planning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across different organizational levels.
- Business acumen to analyze relevant data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Experience using computer systems, Excel, Word, and other software.
