• High School Diploma or GED

• 5,000 hours of professional scheduling within the past nine (9) years
• Alternatively, 3,500 hours with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of project lifecycle
• Stakeholder impact analysis
• Change management control
• Scheduling terminology
• Project management software
• Schedule documentation and reporting techniques
• Scheduling techniques including resource leveling, schedule compression, simulations, Gantt charts
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis, performance index, baseline execution index, float analysis

• Occupational Safety and Haz Mat
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Primarily in San Diego, CA, and Norfolk, VA, with potential travel to other shipyards across the USA and Navy ports outside the USA
• Work at government facilities; US Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance required
• Must pass a background investigation
• Valid driver's license
