Your Role at the Park
As the Facilities Manager, you are a key leader behind the scenes, ensuring our buildings, infrastructure, and support systems are safe, functional, and guest-ready every day. You’ll lead facilities operations across the park, support Maintenance and Operations teams, and help create an environment where both guests and team members can thrive.
What You'll Be Managing- Keep the Park Running Strong
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including buildings, utilities, and infrastructure
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance and repair programs to reduce downtime
- Manage work orders, schedules, and project timelines to keep work moving efficiently
- Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies to support ongoing operations
- Lead and Develop Your Team
- Coach, train, and develop facilities team members to build a strong, accountable team
- Foster clear communication, teamwork, and collaboration across departments
- Support performance management and long-term team development
- Own the Systems
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems throughout the park
- Ensure proper maintenance of commercial food service equipment
- Supervise carpentry, structural, and general facilities repairs including buildings, roofs, doors, flooring, walls, and drains
- Provide oversight of generators, pumps, motors, fans, and mechanical systems
- Safety Comes First
- Promote and model a safety-first culture across all facilities operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Lead or support emergency response efforts including weather events, utility outages, and facility incidents
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
- Support the Guest Experience
- Partner with Maintenance and Operations leaders to align priorities
- Respond to facilities needs quickly and professionally
- Ensure the park is clean, safe, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
An experienced facilities or maintenance leader with a hands-on approach
Comfortable managing multiple systems, projects, and priorities at once
Safety-minded and calm under pressure
