A highly respected and growing mechanical contractor in the San Diego area is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex projects and mentor a strong project management team. This company has a long-standing reputation for excellence and a solid backlog of work.

If you bring 5+ years of mechanical project management experience and enjoy leading teams while staying connected to the field, this is a strong opportunity.

What you'll do:

• Oversee $10M-$15M in active mechanical projects
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Drive project execution, scheduling, cost control, and billing
• Lead project handoffs, job starts, and monthly project reviews
• Maintain strong communication between office, shop, and field teams
• Stay engaged in the field to support subcontractors and crews

Projects include: Government, industrial, and commercial facilities
