Job Description:
JSL is seeking for a Program Manager who will lead and orchestrate end-to-end program support for PEO C4I’s PMW/A 170 portfolio (SATCOM, TACCOMS, Mission TAC SIT, and PNT), ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of lifecycle logistics, installation management, and configuration management outcomes across acquisition, development, fielding, and sustainment.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years in DoD/Navy program management with hands-on delivery across ILS, installations, and CM for C4I or navigation/communications systems; demonstrated IPT/WG leadership and CDRL execution.
- Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with NAVWAR/NAVSEA modernization processes, PMW/A 170 portfolio domains (SATCOM, TACCOMS, TAC SIT, PNT), and Navy logistics/installation databases and tool chains called out in the PWS. - Process Knowledge:
Working knowledge of LCSP/ULSS, RBS/LORA/DSOR, CDMD-OA, CMP/CCB/ECR lifecycle, NAVEDTRA/NTSP/TSIP, and QASP performance standards. - Tools:
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
SharePoint; CMPro/PLM; NDE applications; PARTS; RIPTIDE/SPIDER. - Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to lead in a dynamic environment
- Experience with budget forecasting and execution
- Master’s degree in a related field (engineering, business administration, etc.)
- Prior experience supporting PMW/A 170 or PEO C4I programs; familiarity with NIWC PAC/LANT, FRD/FIO, and platform PMWs.
- Expertise with DMSMS/obsolescence management, RM&A metrics, FRACAS/RCM/FMECA, and Navy training systems (MRTS 3D®).
- PMP (or DAWIA/Defense Acquisition Workforce credentials)
