• $65,000–$75,000 base + up to $18,000 in performance pay

• Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins
• Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget
• Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s
• Plan and promote monthly studio events
• Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound

• 2–5 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results
• Bachelor’s in business or related field
• Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue
