Regional Manager

Overview

Sares Regis Group (SRG) is a privately held real estate development and management firm focusing on commercial and multifamily properties in the western U.S. The company manages a portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.

Regional Manager – San Diego (possible overlap in the Inland Empire)

• Oversee overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of assigned multi‑family portfolio.

• Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relations.

• Support lease‑up activities and driven tenancy turnaround.

• Must obtain a real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role.
• Experience in multi‑family property management.
• 7–10 years of managerial experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience managing third‑party client relationships.
• Strong financial background.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Lease‑up experience preferred (but not required).
• Certification or designation from an accredited organization preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.).

Salary range: $122 K – $152 K per year.
