** Res Med is looking for a Senior Manager to provide leadership for our Americas Accounting and Treasury Team. This person will be a key member of Res Med’s Global Accounting team and you’ll be supporting strategies that prioritize timely and accurate financial reporting, team development, scalability, automation, and value creation.
As the ideal candidate, you will have strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, as well as good project management skills and the ability to prioritize against multiple deadlines. This role requires strong business acumen and ability to build respect from senior leadership for the regional commercial and operations organizations, along with ability to provide quarterly revenue reporting to enable strategical commercial decisions.

You will typically work under limited supervision and direction and you will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority with potential significant impact to the organization.

** o   Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close process including analytical review of operational results to ensure timely and accurate reporting.o   Ensure robust processes are in place over review of journal entries and account reconciliations that support the close process and period ending balances.o   Accountable for the monthly and quarterly review of key accounting processes, including the rebate and chargeback accruals, contra revenue adjustments, bad debt and loss pool reserves, and excess and obsolescence (E&O) reserves.o   

Foster a team environment that encourages trust, accountability and excellence in delivery. Attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent within own team and at times in the broader Corporate Accounting team.o   Possess strong leadership skills as demonstrated by the ability to identify, manage and develop staff and managers as you will be directly supervising manager/supervisor/individual contributor level employees within a sub-department in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
