The Janitorial Night Manager position is responsible for providing support to the operational team, communicating, coordinating and overseeing daily work of the Supervisors and Team Leaders. Provides direct leadership and guidance to management staff to ensure that high level cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained.

SALARY $68,640.00 / Annual

ESSENTIAL

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

• Support and mentors management team
• Communicate daily with Supervisors to ensure staff is following procedures, quality of work performed is excellent and completed within given timeline.
• Reviews and submits next level payroll approval each week through the Branch.
• Works with HR to ensure staff operates in compliance to company policies and procedures.
• Performs audits and inspections
• Acts as a liaison between the client, operations leads, and corporate support teams.
• Foster a positive work environment that motivates employees to drive customer satisfaction.
• Escalate any issues to senior management in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory and storage area; conduct inventory of materials to ensure that an adequate amount of supplies are always available.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• A minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably at the supervisor level
• Ability to supervisor and yet work collaboratively with others
• Must be reliable, thorough, observant, very organized, flexible and courteous
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Detail Oriented:
  Quality control, ensuring cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered.
