Overview
We have an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
Location:
Pfizer - 11202 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130.
Note:

Schedule:
Full-time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Fixed Pay Rate: $26.01 per hour.
Responsibilities- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues as needed.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience as a supervisor is required.
