Position Summary

The Yoga Lead is an inspiring and charismatic leader with a passion for yoga and a knack for encouraging others to explore its benefits. • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented yoga teachers, fostering a culture of high‑quality instruction and exceptional service, while cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that empowers members to explore and deepen their yoga practice.
• Lead by example, teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week that embody the LIFEPOWER YOGA ethos and ignite passion and inspire your team through your expertise.
• Elevate the member experience by managing weekly 1:1 yoga sessions alongside engaging monthly workshops, fostering deeper connections and exploration of the yoga practice.
• Collaborate with other Yoga Teacher Training faculty to create a supportive and empowering learning environment that nurtures the growth and development of aspiring yoga teachers.
• Empower your teachers through regular discussions about the member experience, while guiding them towards professional development through revenue‑generating programs and YTT opportunities.
• Manage a budget and drive participation to meet or exceed expectations.

• Experience with payroll review and approval
• Schedule optimization

• Certified yoga teacher with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.

• 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Payroll experience
• Schedule optimization experience

• LIFEPOWER YOGA 200‑hour Yoga Certification
• 200‑hour Yoga Certification
• Certified in all LIFEPOWER YOGA Signature Classes
• CPR Certification

• Basic computer skills:
  Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Social media experience/skills
