This is an independent contractor 1099 position. A licensed and insured Professional Cleaner located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. Will be representing All-Star Cleaning company and cleaning for it’s clients. The Professional Cleaner will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and managing waste disposal in residential and small commercial spaces. The role requires working as part of a team to deliver excellent results and provide a positive client experience.

Cleaners are paid per job via a flatrate with tips; typically $25-35 per hour.

• Strong cleaning and sanitizing skills, including knowledge of best practices for cleaning different surfaces and spaces
• Licensed cleaning business that is insured and bonded in San Diego, California; has their own cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services
• Good time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and ensure client satisfaction
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience in professional cleaning or a similar role is preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to various job sites within the San Diego Metropolitan Area
