Overview

JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE We are looking for a full-time restaurant Janitorial Maintenance person to assist management in achieving and maintaining exceptional interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and to perform limited maintenance on equipment. This position is also responsible for receiving multiple weekly truck orders and maintaining rotation and organization of walk-ins. Our restaurant maintenance staff work in a manner consistent with the core values and mission of Phil’s BBQ ("PHILS WAY").

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness to high standards.
• Perform limited maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Receive multiple weekly truck orders and manage rotation and organization of walk-ins.
• Adhere to Phil’s Way and support the core values and mission of Phil’s BBQ.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with a high level of mobility, manual dexterity, and endurance.
• Similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work mornings, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Current driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
