What We're Looking For: We are seeking a skilled Roving Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for the Chelsea Region in San Diego, CA
. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance support of multiple properties and supervision of the maintenance staff on site. This person is responsible for being hands on and completing the work orders on a timely basis. As a leader of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence, curb appeal and resident satisfaction of the apartment community.
This is a full‑time position with full benefits. Pay range: $33.00 - $35.
