Maintenance Technician - San Diego

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park 12, in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; appliance repairs; painting; apartment turnovers; taking emergency calls; and more.

• Perform maintenance tasks across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and respond to service requests.
• Clean and maintain grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Repair appliances and address routine repairs in apartments and facilities.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and general property upkeep.
• Take emergency calls and prioritize maintenance issues as needed.

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is required.
• Customer service oriented with flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work on-call rotation.

• $25-$27/hour DOE
