The Custodian provides routine and specialized cleaning services across various buildings, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, polishing, and inventory management.

$22.81/hourly

Onsite

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks daily.
• Plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures, including sinks, urinals, showers, and toilets.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Replenish supplies and maintain inventory.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and walls, possibly using ladders.
• Empty and sanitize waste receptacles.
• Move and arrange furniture for cleaning or replacement.
• Clean window blinds as required.
• Report maintenance needs.
• Perform specialized restoration projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• U.S. Citizenship or legal residency.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

• At least two years of janitorial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
