Lot Maintenance

• Position: Cleaning/Lot Maintenance Specialist
• Location: Tello's Parking Lot
• Schedule: Part Time, (4 days) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday - from 7a - 11a (must be able to work weekends)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning/Maintenance Specialist at Tello's Parking Lot. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the parking lot, creating a welcoming and safe environment for customers.

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic parking area.
• Trash Management: Proper disposal of litter and waste to keep the parking lot tidy and in compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Landscaping Maintenance: Responsible for basic landscaping tasks such as removing debris, trimming vegetation, and ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal of the parking lot.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize cleaning equipment and tools efficiently to carry out tasks effectively, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Monitor and report any safety hazards, addressing them promptly to maintain a secure environment for both employees and customers.
• Customer Service: Interact courteously with customers, providing assistance when needed, and maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Willingness to work in the elements
-heat, wind,rain, etc.

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
