• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an employment litigation associate.
• Must be admitted in California.
• Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting and arguing motions.
• Extensive experience in labor and employment law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
