We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast paced litigation environment—while also bringing a compassionate, client focused approach to their work.

This role is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients, takes pride in managing cases from start to finish, and values being part of a supportive team. This position is primarily in office, with limited remote flexibility available after 90 days.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage family law cases from inception through resolution, including trial or settlement
  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and settlement or legal briefs
  • Analyze and organize discovery
  • Maintain case files, discovery materials, and document databases
  • Electronically file pleadings and manage court deadlines
  • Assist with trial preparation and posttrial proceedings
  • Support case management and coordinate attorney calendars
  • Work closely with clients to gather information, meet deadlines, and move cases forward
  • Collaborate daily with attorneys and staff throughout all stages of family law litigation
  • Maintain an average of 6 billable hours per day
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Family law experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work and bill as a paralegal under California Business & Professions Code § 6450
  • Paralegal Certificate required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365, legal forms programs, legal billing systems, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong understanding of court procedures, deadlines, and local rules
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong client service mindset
