Position: Litigation Paralegal - Downtown San Diego

Overview

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a premier defense litigation firm located in downtown San Diego. The firm is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join their team. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, along with prior billing experience, and hands-on experience with medical records and drafting subpoenas. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and track medical records through authorizations and subpoenas; follow up with providers and maintain organized case data.
  • Prepare medical record summaries, treatment chronologies, and other case‑critical analyses.
  • Support discovery and depositions by summarizing transcripts, organizing key documents, and managing follow-up tasks.
  • Conduct Public Records Requests and background research to support case development.
  • Review and manage document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants.
  • Prepare materials for expert witnesses and ensure case files remain organized and accessible.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience; prior billing experience; hands-on experience with medical records and drafting subpoenas.
