Overview
Our law firm client is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney or Business/Commercial/Corporate Attorney to support start-to-finish real estate and corporate transactions.
Responsibilities- Handle real estate and corporate transactions from inception through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent for real estate and corporate matters
- Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and other transactional documents
- Manage escrow processes and related administrative transaction matters
- Prepare corporate governance documents, including corporate and LLC consents
- Review title reports, due diligence materials, and closing documents
- Coordinate and support the closing of real estate and corporate deals
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
- 3+ years of experience in transactional real estate and/or business, commercial, or corporate law
- Strong drafting, organizational, and transaction-management skills
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $220,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
