We are partnering with a top-tier global law firm (AM Law
5) who are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) to support attorneys within its Patent Litigation practice in San Diego
. This is a high-visibility, long-term opportunity supporting a sophisticated litigation team in a premier legal environment.

• Provide dedicated administrative support to patent litigation attorneys
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of litigation activities
• Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Handle e-filing in state and federal district courts
• Support attorneys through trial preparation and trial-related activities
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and internal legal teams
• Manage time entry, billing coordination, and expense reporting

• 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience (patent litigation preferred)
• Hands-on experience with e-filing in state and district courts
• Trial experience is highly valued
• Exposure to a regional or large law firm environment
• Demonstrated good tenure and career stability
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
