The Opportunity
You’ll work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries, including:
- Business and commercial disputes
- Intellectual property matters
- Real estate and construction disputes
- Select entertainment-related matters
Associates are integral to the litigation process and are routinely involved in depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
, working closely with partners on matters involving discerning, high-profile clients.
- Exposure to jury trials and complex arbitrations
- Direct client interaction and leadership over key case components

Ideal Candidate Profile- 4–6 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing substantive aspects of matters and engaging directly with clients
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Entrepreneurial mindset balanced with a collaborative approach
