Salary $180,000 - $230,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of legal professionals, handling a diverse range of complex litigation matters. This role will offer the right candidate a chance to work on high-profile cases, providing a challenging and rewarding environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to our firm's success.

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other legal memoranda.
• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
• Participating in pre-trial proceedings such as depositions and discovery.
• Handling all aspects of trial preparation, including strategy development, witness preparation, and jury selection.
• Staying updated on legal trends and changes in the law, and applying this knowledge to current cases.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-8 years of experience in litigation, with specific experience in Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Probate Litigation, Fiduciary matters, Real Estate, Class Actions, and Employment Law a plus.
• Admission to the CA state bar. Federal court experience a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent our clients effectively in court.
• Experience at a large to mid-sized law firm a plus
