- Manage the deal process and client relationships.
- Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on M&A matters.
- 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong M&A skills and experience.
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
- Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.
- Bar admission in the state of California.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions.
- Strong client relationship management.
