Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Employment Law (San Diego)

A boutique plaintiff-side civil litigation law firm in San Diego is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. Position Highlights

• Plaintiff-side employment law practice, including class actions and false advertisement
• Hybrid work arrangement following an initial onsite period in San Diego
• Class action experience preferred but not required-training provided
• Strong mentorship and opportunities for advancement within the firm

Qualifications

• 1-8+ years of litigation experience
• Employment law background preferred, but not required
• Open to defense-side attorneys seeking to move into plaintiff work
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Active California Bar license, in good standing
