Litigation Paralegal

Our client, one of California’s leading Plaintiff law firms specializing in Personal Injury and Labor & Employment matters, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team.

• Support attorneys in all phases of Plaintiff PI litigation
• Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and case summaries
• Manage case files, medical records, and client communications
• Assist with trial preparation and settlement packages
• Coordinate with experts, providers, and opposing counsel

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience on cases like Accident, Slip and Fall, Catastrophic Injury, and others.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and passion for Plaintiff-side advocacy
• Experience with case management software is a plus

California (Hybrid options may be available depending on the office)

The annual salary for this position can be between $80,000- $110,000 base annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
