Job Title:
Paralegal - Litigation & Employment Law
Compensation: $30-40/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide litigation, administrative, and legal support to NFC's attorneys. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial legal environment that values top-quality work, initiative, and collaborative contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support in litigation and employment law matters

Manage e-filing with state and federal courts

Assist with preparing, organizing, and managing trial exhibits and other case materials

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under attorney supervision

Maintain case files, calendars, and tracking systems

Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Support attorneys with hearing/trial preparation and administrative needs

Top 3 Must-Haves:

E-filing expertise in federal and state courts

Trial exhibit preparation and management experience

Employment law case experience

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in litigation and employment law

Certificate from an accredited paralegal program required

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management tools

Start Date:

As soon as possible
