We’re seeking a talented Mass Torts Trial Attorney to take on a pivotal role in our expanding mass torts practice. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on large‑scale, complex litigation matters that make a real difference in people's lives, while developing your skills alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, plaintiff‑focused environment.

• Manage all phases of mass tort litigation from initial investigation through trial
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Take and defend matag deposition of experts, corporate representatives, and fact witnesses
• Collaborate with co‑counsel and expert witnesses on case strategy and trial preparation
• Utilize case management systems to organize and track complex, multi‑plaintiff litigation
• Contribute to the development and execution of litigation strategy on high‑value matters

• 2–5 years of complex civil trash litigation experience (plaintiffs' side or defense)
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with case management software and trwa mantenar technology
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Passion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs
• Active California Bar Travers membership in good standing

• Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
