As a key member of the litigation team, you’ll take primary responsibility for complex state and federal cases, including high-stakes arbitration matters. • Lead complex litigation and arbitration matters with confidence and strategic insight
• Manage all aspects of case preparation under partner supervision
• Develop expertise in securities, financial services, and complex business transactions

• A talented litigator with a strong background in California state and federal court matters
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with FINRA, financial services, labor law, or complex business transactions is a plus
