Counsel - Litigation

Overview

Our client is seeking an 8+ years experienced Litigation Attorney to join their Complex Civil, Commercial & Products Liability Litigation team.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex, commercial, products liability, and class action matters.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions across state and federal matters.
• Manage document production and oversee case strategy and timelines.
• Argue discovery and other motions in California courts.
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of trial lawyers experienced in jury trials and multi-jurisdiction litigation.

• Minimum 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with products liability defense and Song-Beverly Act matters.
• Prior experience in mid-size or large law firms; strong academic credentials.
• Active admission and good standing with the California Bar.
