• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their cases

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct targeted legal research to support case strategy
• Participate in regular case reviews to ensure proactive client communication
• Enter detailed client notes and billable time into the case management system

Base compensation is tied to the billable rate, with a target of approximately 1,500 billable hours annually, calculated quarterly.

• $125,000 – $165,000 base salary

• $165,000 – $200,000 base salary

• Annual bonus based on firm performance
• 10 percent origination bonus

• Health Insurance: $500 per month contribution toward health insurance
• Dental Insurance:
  The Firm covers 100 percent of employee dental premiums
• Vision Insurance:
  Vision coverage available

• Full-time, in-office position
• Mid-level attorneys manage cases with senior attorney guidance
• Senior attorneys manage matters independently
