We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Permanent Civil Defense Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil defense matters, providing legal counsel and representation to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a robust caseload, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court.

This position requires a thorough understanding of civil defense law, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil defense matters, including conducting research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies and tactics for successful defense in civil cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal practices related to civil defense.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that best serves their interests.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management and document handling.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional ethics.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil defense attorney.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in civil defense cases.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and formulate effective legal strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
